Job summary

Box is expanding its consumption-based monetization for AI-powered and platform capabilities. The Program Manager, Consumption Products, will own day-to-day operations at Box and collaborate with Product, Billing, Analytics, and GTM teams to define monetization strategies and operational playbooks.

You will work with executive leadership, including the VP of Renewals and Consumption, to scale consumption pricing across products and regions while ensuring accurate reporting and customer-focused

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, program management, operations, or cross-functional roles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and consumption-based pricing, including AI-driven products.
• Experience with quantitative analysis and interpreting data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex policies and terms.
• Excellent attention to detail with customer terms, exceptions, alerts, and actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing consumption program globally at Box.
• Monitor consumption, trends, and action needed; drive issues to closure.
• Coordinate actions: exception handling, customer controls, treatments, data for reporting and billing.
• Answer consumption billing questions from Account Teams and GTM stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams to translate business requirements for analysts and data specialists.
• Review product updates and policies for operational impact; contribute to playbooks and guidance.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across product, billing, analytics, marketing, and customer communications.
• Lead expansion of consumption billing to new products at Box.
