Job summary

Galderma Laboratories in Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an Account Manager for Consumer Care to promote our skincare portfolio, including Cetaphil, to health care providers and office staff. You will drive demand, manage territory activity, and collaborate with providers on patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of B2B sales, and ability to travel overnight. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university is required.
• Two (2) years of outside business to business sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong track record of consistent documented success.
• Possess valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed is required.
• Strong business acumen including excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships, service the total office, and add value with every interaction.
• Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment, virtual interaction technology, and familiar with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities to increase patient demand of consumer skincare portfolio.
• Participate in face-to-face sales calls with HCPs, distribute samples, and attend meetings; some evenings/weekends; travel may be necessary.
• Meet or exceed goals and KPIs for designated product portfolio within territory.
• Utilize sales tools and analysis to identify trends and craft action plans.
• Record sales call notes, tracking samples, and territory activities in the data reporting system; perform administrative duties as needed.
• Develop relationships with providers and staff within the geography to engage and create impact.
