Job summary

North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) seeks a Consumer Services Supervisor in Chatsworth, CA. The role provides information, advocacy, and service arrangements for consumers and families, and coordinates interdisciplinary plans.

The position requires advanced degrees in psychology or related human services and several years of leadership experience in a regional center or related field. A valid CA driver’s license and bilingual skills may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field.
• Multiple years of leadership or professional experience in a regional center or related setting.
• Experience with mental health/dual diagnosis, crisis intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Develop, monitor and revise program plans for individuals as needed.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and their families.
• Document and report in accordance with regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Serve as an advocate and attend interdisciplinary meetings with stakeholders.
• Rotate officer-of-the-day duties and provide case coverage as needed.
