Job summary

North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Consumer Services Supervisor to provide information, advocacy, and service coordination for consumers and families. Responsibilities

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Coordinate services for individuals and their families.
• Document and report in line with NLACRC policies and regulations.
• Serve as advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings with individuals, families, providers and advocates.
