North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) is seeking a Consumer Services Specialist – Specialized Services. The role provides information, advocacy, and case management for consumers with complex needs, collaborates with families and clinicians, and ensures service plans are effectively implemented.

This community-based position requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, with Master’s given as a substitute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with four years of related experience; Master’s may substitute for two years of experience.
• Experience serving consumers with complex needs at risk of hospitalization preferred.
• Regional Center or related agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, advocacy, and case management stabilization for consumers with complex needs.
• Manage case load and develop comprehensive service plans with families and providers.
• Coordinate with consumers, families, clinicians, and service providers to implement plans.
• Communicate with consumers and families about eligibility, standards, and programs.
