Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to join our branch network in the United States. You will originate consumer loans, develop strong customer relationships, and meet aggressive sales goals.

The role offers a base salary of $36,000 per year (paid hourly) plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and embody a customer-first, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years in goal-oriented, incentive-based sales.
Strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

Originate consumer loans and seek new loan opportunities.
Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan options.
Complete loan applications and proposals and follow up.
Explain loan processes and loan products to borrowers.
Close loans and manage loan files.
Meet or exceed loan goals.
Assist Branch Manager with daily operational tasks.
