Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on a background check by the state department of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Originates consumer loans and meets sales goals.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers.
• Explains the loan process and loan products to borrowers.
• Closes loans and manages loan files and related tasks.
• Provides excellent customer care and resolves issues on daily transactions.
