Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans, complete loan applications, and build strong customer relationships while meeting sales goals. The successful candidate will maintain a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

The position offers a base salary of $32,000 per year with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or goal-oriented work experience.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications and proposals and follow up.
• Explain loan process and products to borrowers.
