Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (retail, goal-oriented, or incentive-based).
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follow up with pending applicants.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about loan products and processing.
