The role offers a base salary of $32,000 per year plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeks opportunities to originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follows up.
• Explains loan process and answers questions about loan products and processing.
• Takes ownership of customer concerns and works with management on strategies for problem loans.
• Closes loans, assembles folders and handles related tasks.
