Responsibilities

• Process consumer loan applications and associated documents (NO MORTGAGES).
• Review active loan files each day to determine missing documents or what can be done to help the process along to get the file into underwriting.
• Verify debt to income ratio, confirm and verify consumer loan information against their submitted loan documents
• Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information and documentation via phone, text, email, and secure upload.
• Operates in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.
• Must be able to handle a pipeline of 65-100 files, at any given time.
