QCR Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Consumer Lending Associate to support loan processing, closing, and ongoing servicing of our consumer loan portfolio in Ankeny, Iowa.

This role collaborates with loan officers and internal teams to gather credit information, order appraisals, prepare disclosures, and ensure timely funding while maintaining strict accuracy and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Prior experience in consumer loan processing, closing and/or underwriting desired.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lending procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Capability to manage sensitive information and uphold confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service to internal and external clients.
• Assist loan officers with servicing/monitoring duties related to loans.
• Input loans into Laser Pro or Aurora Documents and generate loan documents for closings.
• Gather credit information, order appraisals, and prepare disclosures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with loan policy, TRID, HMDA, and related regulations.
