Job summary

America First Credit Union in Utah seeks a results-driven Member Service/Loan Specialist. You will interview members, process loan applications, and explain credit options while promoting deposits and loan products.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; additional business coursework preferred.
• Experience with loan processing and member service is expected.
• Sales-oriented with ability to meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Interview, take applications, and process preliminary loan documentation.
• Review loans, confirm criteria, and discuss options with members.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Open new accounts and assist with deposits and loans as needed.
• Coordinate with underwriting and ensure timely loan decisions.
