Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Representative to deliver quality member service and process loan servicing transactions. The role includes cross-selling products to help members achieve their financial goals, opening and servicing accounts, and meeting sales/service targets.

This full-time position at the St George, UT branch requires strong customer service, credit union product knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to satisfy immediate and unexpected needs by recommending MACU products and services with knowledge and confidence.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure while handling member activities and requests.
• Ability to prepare loan documents and cross-sell financial services of the credit union to ensure quality service.
• Ability to communicate effectively using written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Provides exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising to improve financial situations (open accounts, service existing accounts, explain products).
• Cross-sell MACU products and services through consultative approach.
• Meet sales and service goals and reach out to members using lead lists.
• Handle member complaints, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform Teller duties as needed and maintain professional representation of the credit union.
• Travel to other branches as required and complete product knowledge courses.
