• Knowledge of loan compliance regulations.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Examine loan applications and source documents for completeness and accuracy for data categorization and document prep.
• Identify missing information and request needed details from the lender.
• Prepare loan, security and compliance documents within established time frames using Laser Pro and Word/Excel.
• Utilize collateral folders/images to gather information needed for loan preparation.
