Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory law.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Gather all necessary documents from the lender/loan portfolio manager required to produce loan documents.
• Review all documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare loan documents using the LaserPro system timely and accurately.
• Communicate verbally and electronically with all parties involved.
• Ensure all federal regulations and Bank policy are complied with prior to producing loan documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
