Zusammenfassung

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Readiness Architect on the Cloud Success Readiness team to own deep technical and product knowledge of the Industries Cloud portfolio.

You will map product capabilities to key customer use cases and surface insights to drive adoption and readiness across customers. You will collaborate with Technology & Product and Customer Success groups to gather and translate feedback into actionable roadmaps, and document best practices to scale readiness and enablement across

Qualifikationen

9+ years experience in Customer Success or Product Management in the SaaS industry.
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce products, including deep understanding of current product suite and capabilities.
Experience collaborating with a team of subject matter experts to deliver against strategic initiatives.
Ability to translate customer use cases into technical and functional requirements.

Maintain deep technical, functional, and domain understanding of the Industries Cloud product portfolio and roadmap.
Engage stakeholders in product feedback and roadmaps; document enhancements.
Develop and deliver product requirements to leadership for roadmap consideration.
Create enablement materials and train Cloud Success teams across roles.
