Salesforce is seeking a Field Service Readiness Architect to join the Cloud Success Readiness team. You will own product knowledge across Field Service offerings and collaborate with T&P, CS, and SMEs to drive customer success at scale.

You will surface product insights, draft readiness plans for large migrations or retirements, and help shape adoption strategies to improve customer health and engagement. A strong communicator with proven delivery across stakeholders is essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Product Management in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Field Service products and deep product capability knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with SME teams and stakeholders across functions.
• Able to translate customer use cases to technical/functional requirements.
• Experience creating enablement materials and delivering training.
• Salesforce product experience a plus; knowledge of Field Service Scheduling/Mobile a plus.

• Collaborate with Cloud Success team to create a holistic POV and strategic approach.
