Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Field Service Readiness Architect to drive customer success across the Cloud Success Readiness team. You will map product capabilities to customer use cases and surface insights to guide adoption and product improvements.

You will collaborate with T&P and CS teams to deliver scalable readiness, document best practices, and influence roadmap decisions. Strong communication and SME collaboration are essential for success.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Product Management in the SaaS industry.
• Hands-on experience with Field Service products and deep understanding of product capabilities that meet common customer use cases.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders across functions delivering strategic business initiatives.
• Enablement, consulting or Salesforce product experience is a plus.
• Deep Expertise of Salesforce Field Service Scheduling and Optimization Product or Field Service Mobile is a plus.

Mansioni

• Maintain deep understanding of product and roadmap and engage with T&P and CSG stakeholders in the development of product feedback and adoption plays.
• Develop expertise for new product introductions, large-scale migration efforts, or product retirements.
• Document best practices and learnings to deliver readiness for scale to Success teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Cloud Success team to create a holistic POV and strategic approach.
• Maintain deep technical, functional and domain knowledge across products.
• Participate in Product betas and collaboration with SMEs in the Success Ecosystem.
• Identify, document, and track product enhancements reflecting inputs from customers and partners.
• Develop product requirements for roadmap consideration and leadership communication.
• Establish relationships with Product Management Leaders and other experts to strengthen alignment.
