Job summary

The State of Wisconsin is seeking a Consumer Complaint Program Associate to perform the initial analysis and processing of informal complaints for the Division of Legal Services and Compliance. The role requires independent work, precise record-keeping, and daily interaction with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Experience using databases to enter and retrieve data.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, or comparable.
• Experience assisting internal and external customers via phone, email, letters, or comparable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and record informal complaints received by the Division of Legal Services and Compliance.
• Manage the progression of complaints through the initial review process.
• Organize and coordinate screening panel meetings.
• Process the opening and closing of complaints following screening.
• Evaluate and implement best practices and procedures relating to the Unit and assigned professions.
