Job summary

SageSure is seeking a Consumer Affairs Analyst to join the Product Development team in the US. You will be the primary responder to consumer complaints from regulatory bodies and partner carriers, handling time-sensitive interactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include drafting formal responses, monitoring dedicated mailboxes, and coordinating with underwriting and claims teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and excellent written communication in regulatory

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred or 3-5 years of related experience.
  • A passion for problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, file diagnostic and analytical skills to inform and support decisions related to complaint responses.
  • Ability to challenge events in a file and map out logical next steps.
  • Excellent written communication, especially in regulatory contexts like Department of Insurance complaints.
  • Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate formal consumer grievances and formulate responses with oversight.
  • Ensure timely, thorough responses adhering to procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor complaint mailbox, logs, and folders for timely handling.
  • Interact with SageSure support areas to gather required information.
  • Identify regulatory vulnerabilities and assist in remediation tracking.
  • Coordinate with carrier and producer contacts and support audits.
