Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience with leadership in systems integration projects.

• Bachelor’s degree; CSA/CTA certifications preferred.

• Utilizing deep technical expertise to stay current with platform enhancements and guide project roadmaps.
• Driving business development activities, including proposal development and client engagement.
• Overseeing solution areas within ServiceNow to meet evolving client needs.
• Managing engagements in accordance with financial policies and fostering team collaboration.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and internal networks to leverage firm-wide capabilities.

Qualifications Include

• At least eight years of recent ServiceNow technology consulting experience, with leadership in systems integration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; ServiceNow CSA or CTA certifications preferred.
• Successful leadership of five or more ServiceNow projects ensuring strategic alignment and quality delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
