Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience with leadership in systems integration projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree; CSA/CTA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic architectural vision aligned with client goals and industry standards.
• Mentor team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Utilize deep technical expertise to guide project roadmaps and platform enhancements.
• Drive business development including proposals and client engagement.
• Oversee ServiceNow solution areas to meet evolving client needs.
• Manage engagements in line with firm financial policies and teamwork.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and internal networks.
