Job summary

Bain & Company in Washington, DC is seeking a Specialist, Consulting Programs to support staffing, development, and talent operations across the office. You will partner with Program Management, HR, and office leadership to drive staffing plans, performance evaluations, and onboarding, while ensuring data integrity in BOSS and Trellis.

The role requires 3–4 years of analytics/administrative support experience, strong communication, and a hybrid work model with four in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
• 3–4 years analytics/administrative support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to handle highly confidential information professionally
• Independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel preferred
• Hybrid model with in-office presence four days per week

Responsibilities

• Staffing and capacity planning: maintain live staffing pipeline and capacity views
• Performance management, ratings, and promotions: support biannual ratings and calibration processes
• Onboarding and professional development: administer onboarding and run class trainings
• Talent operations: lead data integrity in BOSS and Trellis, run ad hoc reports
• Data stewardship: monitor CTSU hours and maintain team documents and systems
• Use AI tools to improve internal data tracking and processes
