Bain & Company in Washington, DC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support Associate Consultant, Consultant, and internship programs. You will be the primary contact for candidates, manage communications, coordinate interview schedules, and help run recruiting events both virtually and in person.
This role requires at least two years of recruiting or administrative support experience, a degree, and strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

You’ll join the Washington, DC Recruiting team and collaborate with a talented group dedicated to attracting exceptional talent to Bain. You'll work closely with the Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Senior Manager, consulting staff, recruiting colleagues across Bain offices, candidates, university career services teams, Bain alumni, and the local HR team to deliver an outstanding recruiting experience.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will help develop, plan, and execute recruiting efforts for our Associate Consultant, Consultant, and internship programs. You will play an important role in creating an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring recruiting events, interviews, and hiring processes run smoothly across the Washington, DC office.
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week, including Fridays.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).

In Washington DC state, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $60,750–$73,000 placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
