Job summary

Bain & Company in the United States is seeking a Manager, Recruiting Programs & Internships to own a portfolio of internship and early-identification programs. You will lead strategy and execution, partnering with stakeholders across the firm to attract top undergrad talent and shape the early talent pipeline.

This hybrid role requires strong program management, excellent communication, and the ability to use AI and automation to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of campus recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of sourcing technology, talent strategy, and market trends.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to represent Bain externally to candidates and university partners.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and travel.
• Interest in recruiting marketing, program design, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for internship and early-identification recruiting programs.
• Translate objectives into actionable project plans while proactively identifying risks and changing priorities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and office partners, building trusted relationships.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, develop recommendations, and communicate updates clearly.
• Analyze program performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience.
• Leverage AI and other technologies to automate workflows and improve program delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
• Coach and support junior team members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
• Contribute to broader recruiting initiatives as needed.
