Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Consulting Manager for the Government Services Practice to lead CDBG-DR grant programs, ensure compliance, and guide project teams. This role supports clients across regulatory frameworks and disaster recovery initiatives.

Remote or hybrid options are available for those near local offices, with travel as needed. Strong governance, policy, and BD capabilities are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of CDBG-DR grant management experience in a compliance or policy-related role, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong policy background, including 2 CFR 200 and 24 CFR 570 compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members, coaching and evaluating performance.
• Manage engagement scope and quality control of client deliverables.
• Assist clients with compliance with Universal Notice, Stafford Act, 24 CFR 570, 2 CFR 200, and applicable regulations.
• Design and implement disaster recovery programs meeting eligibility and National Objective requirements.
• Draft or evaluate grantee Action Plan Amendments for compliance.
• Develop policies and procedures aligned with regulations and Action Plans.
• Support business development and proposal responses, identify funding opportunities.
