Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in construction management, real estate advisory, or capital projects consulting.
• Graduate degree or professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE) preferred
• Knowledge across planning, pre-construction, procurement, contract administration, scheduling, and cost estimating in construction; real estate portfolio management, lease administration, and property operations.
• Experience conducting contract compliance audits, CAM reconciliations, and performance monitoring for public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate management process reviews, controls, and compliance assessments.
• Assess construction contracts, real estate leases, and capital project performance for compliance and best practices.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities: data collection, site visits, interviews, and documentation; produce client-friendly reports and presentations.
