AT&T in Allen, TX is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to connect customers with the latest devices and personalized services, using a consultative approach to guide choices. You’ll be part of the community by assisting customers, filling online orders, and reaching sales targets with uncapped commission opportunities.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends, with 40 hours weekly and two weeks’ notice for seniority-based shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Tools, training and coaching provided if you have no sales experience.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders, make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment adapting to evolving tech.
