Job summary

AT&T is hiring part-time Retail Sales Consultants in Allen, TX to help customers explore options with the latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach and be at the center of the customer experience, building meaningful connections every day.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends, with onboarding and coaching to help you meet goals and earn uncapped commissions. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission with AT&T’s products and services.
• Be part of the community through events and interactions on the sales floor.
