Job summary

AT&T in Arlington, TX is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to guide customers with a consultative approach, helping them select devices and services and processing online orders. You’ll engage with customers and prospects, aiming to meet and exceed sales goals while building lasting relationships.

Expect a 9:00–21:00 schedule including weekends in a fast-paced environment with comprehensive training and uncapped commission opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• AT&T provides tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and assist with in-store needs.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends with 2-week advance plans.
• Support customers and stay current with evolving tech and offerings.
