Job summary

AT&T USA Amherst is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers explore our latest devices and services. You’ll build meaningful connections, apply a consultative sales approach, and work to meet or exceed sales targets with support from your team.

Shifts run 9am–9pm, including weekends, with a structured two-week advance schedule. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and comprehensive training and uncapped commissions can lead to earning potential well above the base

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through their options with a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance scheduling.
