AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Allen, TX. You will guide customers with a consultative approach on the latest devices and services, helping them choose the best options and addressing their needs.

Expect a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning announced two weeks in advance. You’ll join a fast-paced sales environment with uncapped commission potential and training to help you reach targets.

Qualifications

• Past retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a schedule that includes 9am–9pm, weekends, with 2 weeks advance notice for shifts.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs.
• If you have no prior sales experience, training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.
