Job summary

AT&T in Prosper, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the right solutions. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide options, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to current and prospective customers.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule (weekends included) with 40 hours weekly, and receive tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly.
