AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver personalized service and drive sales. You’ll guide customers through options, build connections, and help them choose the right devices and services.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with uncapped commissions and potential earnings well above base pay. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus; training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching will be provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends with two weeks’ advance scheduling.
