Job summary

Ecolab’s Market Sales Representative in the Phoenix, AZ area drives growth by managing an existing territory and leveraging consultative selling to expand customer value, solutions adoption, and new business opportunities. You will cultivate relationships, coordinate with service teams, and operate within Ecolab’s Institutional division.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel about 10% overnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in broadline distribution, customer service, foodservice, hospitality, or related industry.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across assigned accounts or geography to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify and develop new competitive business opportunities within the territory.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and digital sales tools.
• Communicate total value and grow solutions within existing customer accounts.
• Provide industry expertise on sanitation, safety, quality and operations to customers.
