Formación

• Excellent communication and active listening to identify client needs and provide tailored coverage options.
• Ability to translate client goals into suitable insurance plans and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Familiar with CRM usage for quotes, applications, and renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with prospective and current clients to learn about their insurance needs
• Present coverage options clearly and help clients make informed decisions
• Prepare quotes, submit applications, and follow up on policy details
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and keep client information up to date
• Support renewal conversations and look for opportunities to strengthen client relationships
• Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth, helpful client experience
• Stay current on product knowledge, carrier guidelines, and licensing requirements
