Job summary

EIG Insurance Center is seeking a Commercial Producer to drive growth, build client relationships, and make an impact by selling commercial insurance lines. This role emphasizes relationship building, new business development, and cross-selling opportunities within a dynamic, independent agency.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as an Agent Producer/Account Manager and hold an active Kansas Property & Casualty license or be able to obtain it within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agent Producer/Account Manager or similar.
• Active Kansas Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Sales and/or customer service experience in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial insurance accounts.
• Sell commercial insurance policies.
• Build relationships with clients and carriers.
• Develop new business and cross-sell insurance products.
• Monitor and track agency goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure licensing compliance.
