Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced insurance support professional in Wichita to assist Account Managers and Executives on large client accounts.

You will prepare coverage and premium comparisons, update schedules in EPIC, and help with invoicing and loss analysis. The role requires strong insurance knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Applicable experience required with specialty experience preferred.
• Attention to detail & ability to work within EPIC and maintain data completeness standards.
• Achieved general insurance designation. Pursuing other insurance designation - preferred.
• Project / time management skills to manage multiple priorities and to keep processes moving from start to finish.
• Experience with MS Office products required (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Limited travel required (less than 10%).
• Strong Insurance knowledge and/or client specialty knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values.
• Supports Account Manager & Account Executive on large and complex client accounts by preparing coverage comparisons, submissions, premium & rate comparisons, and audits.
• Interacts with clients regarding special program needs and new assignments.
• Delivers on unique client expectations within the book of business.
• Temporarily back up AM as needed to avoid gaps in service knowledge.
• Uses EPIC to maintain detailed information on accounts (policies, schedules, driver lists).
• Responsible for invoicing, loss analysis, trend tracking, and reconciliation.
• Reviews certificate of insurance requests and directs COE as needed for invoicing allocations and client instructions.
