The Home Depot in Tallahassee, FL seeks an Inside Sales Support Representative to support growth of managed account portfolios alongside Outside Sales partners. You will provide consultative support, timely quotes, and efficient order processing, leveraging CRM and telephony systems.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, project management skills, and retail/home improvement knowledge, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.

Competenze

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Typically 1 year of work experience; 2+ preferred.
• Retail/home improvement knowledge is a plus.

• Support Outside Sales portfolio growth with quotes, sourcing, and project ownership; provide timely, complete quotes and sales orders.
• Assist with quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution for high-volume project needs.
• Handle issue resolution, after-sale follow-up, and order processing to ensure customer satisfaction.
