You will work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and Branch Management to keep orders moving and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome commercial and residential customers visiting the branch.

• Coordinate customer deliveries and communicate delivery information to customers.
• Follow orders through the shipping and delivery process.
• Communicate with warehouse, shipping, delivery, purchasing, and other departments.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
