This full-time clerical role involves assisting customers in person and by phone, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring service quality from start to finish.

You will work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and Branch Management to keep orders moving and provide outstanding customer service.

What This Job Is Really About

Our Customer Service team is at the center of our branch operations. You’ll be the person customers can count on when they call or walk through the door—helping with orders, answering questions, coordinating deliveries, and making sure their needs are taken care of from start to finish.

This is not a cold-calling or commission-based sales position. Instead, you’ll work directly with customers and alongside our Outside Sales Representatives and Branch Management to keep orders moving and provide outstanding service.
