Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is hiring a Sales Consultant in Missouri to visit customer accounts, develop growth plans, and drive incremental sales through consultative selling.

You will analyze customer needs, plan visits, document opportunities in CRM, and maintain strong product knowledge while tailoring your approach to each client. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®, smartphone) and online communication techniques in a professional manner.
• Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
• Able to communicate effectively and tailor messages to the audience.
• Able to be nimble in ambiguity; embrace change and innovate.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts, develop a customer growth plan, and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and customer growth.
• Document visit agendas and opportunities in CRM (Proof).
• Maintain deep product knowledge and present SGWS offerings effectively in accounts.
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative techniques.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to meet internal objectives.
• Adapt selling approach based on each customer’s buying style.
