Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is hiring a Sales Consultant in Missouri. You will visit customers, conduct consultative conversations, and increase sales revenue by building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

You will plan visits, document insights in CRM, and stay knowledgeable about SGWS products to propose effective solutions. The role emphasizes data analysis, persistence, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®) and online communication techniques.
• Able to travel as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better achieve objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda, purpose, and selling opportunities in CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit plans and notes in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and win sales using consultative skills.
• Support business growth by providing useful information and guidance.
