Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to represent the company in the Defuniak Springs/Marianna/Chipley, FL area. The role focuses on face-to-face consultative selling, building trust with customers, and driving incremental sales through strategic account planning.

The ideal candidate will develop growth plans for each account, maintain product knowledge, and use CRM (Proof) to document activities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build lasting customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to increase sales and meet objectives.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and CRM tools for order and activity tracking.
• Ability to present product solutions and proposals to customers.
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and conduct consultative sales conversations to increase revenue.
• Develop a customer growth plan for each account and build a selling pipeline.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growing customer business and sales.
• Pre-plan account visits with clear objectives and document in CRM (Proof).
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them accurately.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and support overall business growth.
