Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Consultant in Technical Account Management to serve as the dedicated TAM for a U.S. Government customer. You will work on-site in Berkeley, coordinating problem-solving, deployments, and warranty services while aligning with account teams and field staff.

The role requires deep HPC and Linux expertise, experience with NVIDIA GPUs and Dell hardware, and strong coordination across multiple Dell teams to ensure consistent service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen; eligible for DOE site access.
• Strong technical expertise with Dell hardware and management tools, including PowerEdge platforms, GPU nodes, iDRAC, OpenManage.
• Experience with troubleshooting and warranty/maintenance planning for HPC deployments.
• Deep knowledge of NVIDIA GPU compute, NVLink, InfiniBand.
• Advanced Linux administration in HPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated support resource for the United States Government, working on-site 5 days/week.
• Act as the primary contact for warranty support and coordinate resources for warranty services.
• Help design customer solutions and support installation, customization and integration of Dell solutions.
• Provide feedback on issues and maintain tailored customer support plans.
