Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated support services resource for the United States Government and act as the customer’s primary point of contact for delivering support and coordinating operational activities.
• Coordinate deployments, firmware updates, acceptance/burn-in testing, and contractual deliverables.
• Assist account teams to design customer solutions and support installation, customization and integration of the solution.
• Provide feedback on issues; develop and maintain customer support plans and relationships.
