Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) / Solutions Architect to own the technical success of our terrestrial compute deployments. You will lead implementation, integration, and optimization across customer accounts, ensuring high-performance GPU/CPU clusters from provisioning through steady-state operations.

You will collaborate with Hardware, Network, Facilities, Cloud Compute, SRE, and Program Management teams, manage risk, and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 7+ years in large-scale compute or hyperscale infra.
• Experience leading technical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compute system deployment and optimization.
• Serve as primary technical contact for compute infrastructure.
• Lead implementation, testing, provisioning, and go-live.
• Provide expertise on GPUs/CPUs, networking, data center connectivity.
• Handle escalations and ensure SOW/SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery.
• Participate in verification, performance evaluation, and optimization.
• Assist expansion planning and capacity scaling.
• Ensure on-time delivery and risk mitigation.
• Support mission success for all customers.
