Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Consultant Pharmacist to support Omnicare facilities in the Macon area. You will coordinate pharmaceutical services in long-term care settings, drive program adoption, and ensure regulatory compliance across sites.

You will conduct MRRs, educate facility staff on new programs, and collaborate with Account Management, Sales and Operations to achieve site goals. This is a full-time on-site role with training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia pharmacist license in good standing.
• Ability to visit facilities located in Macon and surrounding areas in Georgia.
• Residence in Macon, Georgia or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities remain compliant with federal regulations.
• Complete clinical reviews as required by federal and state regulation.
• Own issue resolution and communicate early warning signs of potential issues.
• Drive adoption of Omnicare programs and service offerings.
• Use existing customer relationships to promote and drive organic growth.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Operations and relevant corporate functions.
• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) and provide written reports.
