Omnicare, operating as an independent organization after its separation from CVS Health, seeks a Consultant Pharmacist to support long‑term care facilities nationwide. This full‑time salaried role offers 40 hours per week during normal daytime hours, with occasional weekend or overnight travel.

Candidates should reside in the Macon, GA area. You will perform Medication Regimen Reviews, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, educate facility staff, and drive adoption of Omnicare

Qualificações

• Active Pharmacy license in Georgia.
• 3 years of clinical pharmacy practice (preferred).
• 1 year of long-term care pharmacy experience (preferred).
• Immunization certification or willingness to become certified (preferred).
• Geratrics/gerontology certification (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) and document conclusions.
• Ensure facilities remain compliant with federal and state regulations.
• Educate facility staff on new programs and processes.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Operations and corporate functions.
• Promote Omnicare programs and drive organic growth.
• Use OSC2OR and MDS 3.0 tools to support reviews and recommendations.
